Location: Qadirpur Site
Requirements: Two year graduate degree with atleast 8 years of relevant experience in site based admin roles.
Responsibilities:
- Mess Management: Supervise daily operations inventory management and ensure high-quality food service at site.
- SAP Proficiency: Create, manage, and process Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders
- Contract Management: Develop, monitor, and manage various contracts and agreements.
- Facility Management: Oversee the upkeep of facilities and address employee needs.
- Budget & Reporting: Oversee a budget & Implement cost-saving measures and ensure efficient financial management.
- Monthly Closing & EOR, with invoicing of wages
- Repair, Maintenance & renovation: Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office, Porta and other non-process buildings.
- Audits: Ensure compliance during internal and external audits.
- ROW Land Lease & Payments: Handle documents and payment processes for ROW leases.
- Government Dues NOC & Other Payments: need to manage Government dues on time and record keeping.
- Training: Training of SP resource including, Hygiene, transport, housekeeping & Safety.
- Waste Management: collection as per plan and maintaining housekeeping of site
- Housekeeping & Fumigation: ensure housekeeping and fumigation of site.
- Department HSE coordination: Ensure timely conduct safety audits, Incident investigation & Report, D level and report.
- Transport Management: schedules, Supervise the transport, maintenance and inspection, ensuring compliance with defensive driving standards.
- ERP Management: Efficiently manage ERP/Head count Management during routine and emergency situations.
- Event Management: Collaborate with various departments and plan event at site
