Job Title: Manager - Mechanical Maintenance
Requirement: Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering
Experience: Around 10–15 years of mechanical maintenance experience across power, fertilizer, and petrochemical plants, with specialized expertise in large gas turbines (GE Frame 9E) and steam turbines.
Job Responsibility:
- Line responsibility for implementing & stewarding PSM (DuPont safety systems) and OHIH compliance within the Department.
- Implement and sponsor programs to strengthen EPQL safe work practices in the work environment.
- Responsible for stewarding safety critical and performance standards program
- Review all predictive and preventive maintenance plans have been developed as per OEM recommendations and prudent practices.
- Ensuring site surveillance program implementation.
- Actively involved in timely performance and execution of PM plans
- Ensuring quality execution of corrective maintenance jobs.
- Coordinate and prepare the forced and planned outages plans such that all Mechanical defects/ maintenance activities are included and executed as per plan.
- Coordinate with OEMs for resolution of long pending issues
- Steward department budget (both fixed & CAPEX) & take initiatives for cost optimization
- To ensure timely execution and verification of all audits related recommendations in the field.
- Ensure all the quality issues are highlighted and recorded during receiving / inspection of spares.
- Enhance functional expertise & technical knowledge of engineers & officers through a structured TNA program with help of respective group leaders.
- Stewards & align department objectives with Corporate Objectives.
