FG Warehousing In-charge

Job Purpose:

The Warehouse Incharge's purpose is to oversee and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. This role also involves coordinating with third-party service providers and internal/external customers and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency, thereby contributing to the organization’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Efficiency:

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient processes, timely order fulfillment.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and ensure proper handling and storage of products.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards, including PPE compliance for all staff

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and analyze operational reports, including stock transactions, PQC, product exceptions, and ROSP for any discrepancies, to inform supervisor for decision-making.

Communication and Coordination:

Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, third-party providers, and customers to ensure seamless operations and address any issues promptly.

 Facility Management:

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and equipment functionality, ensuring a safe and hygienic working environment.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations and safety

Customer Satisfaction Score:

Feedback ratings from customers regarding delivery timeliness and product quality, measuring overall service performance.

Capacity Utilization:

 Measure of space usage versus available capacity, assessing optimal space management.

Experience : Atleast 1 year of relevant experience

Education : Bachelors
