Job Role
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Environmental and Industrial Hygiene systems to ensure compliant, sustainable, and healthy plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, SEQS, company standards, and applicable environmental regulations.
* Implement and maintain Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, Quality, Safety, and Social Accountability management systems.
* Conduct internal audits, coordinate external audits, and ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
* Execute environmental and workplace hygiene monitoring, including emissions, dust, noise, illumination, effluent, soil, and water quality.
* Investigate environmental and occupational hygiene concerns and ensure timely resolution.
* Coordinate effluent management and maintain adequate surface-impoundment capacity for plant operations.
* Coordinate with relevant regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required reports, permits, and compliance documentation.
* Monitor Environmental and Industrial Hygiene KPIs, analyze trends, and present performance, risks, and compliance status to management.
* Train employees on environmental standards, industrial hygiene requirements, and system compliance.
* Evaluate environmental-footprint reduction and natural-resource conservation opportunities.
* Manage budgeting and improvement plans for Environment, Industrial Hygiene, and Quality.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
Relevant certifications in ISO 14001, Environmental Management, Industrial Hygiene, or HSE auditing will be an added advantage.


Experience
3+ years of relevant experience in Environmental Management and Industrial Hygiene within a manufacturing, process, fertilizer, petrochemical, or chemical industry, with hands-on exposure to regulatory compliance, environmental monitoring, audits, and corrective action management.
