Requirements:

Education must be Bachelors or masters is preferred, Preferably Military Sciences, Criminology, Law Enforcement, Public Administration, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities:

  • Ex-servicemen with an exemplary service record and proven operational leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must be medically fit for field deployment, travel, emergency response duties, and remote-site operations.
  • Experience in CPEC projects, mining, energy, infrastructure, or other high-security operational environments will be considered an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in liaison and stakeholder management with LEAs, intelligence agencies, district administration, regulatory authorities, and local communities will be preferred.
  • Support the implementation of security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation measures to ensure the safety of employees, contractors, expatriates, and organizational assets.
  • Conduct threat assessments, security audits, and site security reviews to identify vulnerabilities and strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Manage expatriate travel security, emergency response planning, and security arrangements for high-risk operations and remote locations.
  • Coordinate closely with Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs), intelligence agencies, district administration, and other stakeholders to maintain a secure operating environment.
  • Monitor security operations, contractor performance, and compliance with security standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a strong security culture through training, awareness initiatives, and behavioral safety programs for security personnel and service providers.
  • Support security budget management, cost optimization initiatives, incident reporting, investigations, and continuous improvement of security systems and processes.
