Requirements: Bachelors or Masters in Engineering with 5 to 6 years relevant experience. Strong data collection, analysis and reporting skills are needed. Knowledge of mining industry standards are preferred.
Responsbilities:
- Conduct studies to benchmark existing operations internally and/or via international consultants for improvement and optimization.
- Preparation of detailed business cases with technical and base case economics, identify potential growth and investment opportunities.
- Close coordination with internal stakeholders and/or department for improvement. Participation in national or international conferences and present research paper / or innovative ideas.
- Prepare a detailed annual report on site operations and sustainability and circulation.
- Identification and studies on latest technological innovations and digital improvements in mining operations.
- Improvement in existing safety KPIs and explore new ideas, benchmark existing safety performance with international best practices.
- Ensure the effective utilization of budget, close coordination with P&C on budget planning and execution.
