Job Purpose
-
Provide the vertical with legal support on an ongoing basis:
-
providing business with support on corporate and commercial matters including legal opinions and handling intellectual property matters
-
ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory matters and sharing updates on various laws applicable to the businesses are circulated in a timely manner
-
ensuring associated business risks are identified and adequately managed/ mitigated
-
Assisting the General Manager with various matters from time to time including regulatory matters.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for businesses and ensuring the interests of the companies are safeguarded.

Act as an advisory function to support business/relevant subsidiary from a legal perspective
