Deputy Manager - ICT Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization's Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure (HCI) environment, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Drive enterprise cloud adoption initiatives across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other cloud platforms to support business transformation.
• Develop and implement AI-powered infrastructure strategies, leveraging automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent operations to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Lead the administration, optimization, and security of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID (Azure AD). Manage enterprise compute, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery platforms to ensure business continuity and resilience.
• Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, HCI expansion, and platform upgrades.
• Drive cybersecurity improvement programs by implementing security recommendations, hardening measures, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen identity management, endpoint protection, threat monitoring, SIEM integration, and Zero Trust initiatives. Develop infrastructure architecture, standards, policies, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Oversee system monitoring, capacity planning, performance optimization, and proactive issue resolution across all infrastructure platforms.
• Lead vendor management activities, evaluate technology solutions, and ensure effective delivery of support and managed services.
• Identify technology risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations and information assets.
• Ensure secure and reliable 24/7 operations of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. Lead infrastructure budgeting, resource planning, team development, knowledge transfer, and succession planning.

What We're Looking For:

• 7-10 years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Proven experience leading Hybrid Cloud, Azure, Microsoft 365, and infrastructure modernization programs.
• Demonstrated experience driving cloud adoption, digital transformation, and AI-enabled operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, security controls, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Experience implementing infrastructure and security recommendations in highly available 24/7 operational environments.
• Expertise in capacity planning, disaster recovery, infrastructure architecture, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities. Microsoft certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, or Infrastructure technologies will be highly preferred.
