Job Purpose

Act as a strategic and operational HR partner, supporting business units across core HR areas including performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and labour law compliance. Contribute to building a positive employee experience by designing and executing engagement initiatives, while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators 1/4

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes
•    Support and resolve employee relations matters, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes
•    Lead succession planning and career development discussions in partnership with business leaders
•    Facilitate organizational changes including transfers, promotions, and onboarding of new hires
•    Partner with hiring managers in recruitment processes, including participation in final interviews and selection decisions
•    Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal HR policies
•    Provide guidance to line managers on HR practices, policies, and employee-related matters
•    Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with business needs
•    Manage the employee engagement survey process, including rollout, insights, and action planning
•    Develop and execute recognition programs, team engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives

Professional Experience

Experience Required
•    Prior HR experience within an engineering, EPC, or technical/project-based organization is highly preferred, given ETS's engineering consultancy environment
•    5–7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role
•    Strong working knowledge of Pakistan labour laws
•    Familiarity with UAE employment regulations is preferred
•    Proven ability to independently manage performance management and employee relations cases
•    Experience in designing and delivering employee engagement initiatives
