Requirement: Bachelors in Environment Engineering or Environment Sciecnes with 6 to 8 years of experience. Qualifications in ESG reporting, AWS and Horticulture is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Mine Effluent Management
- Develop and implement strategies for mine effluent treatment, reuse and disposal.
- Ensure adherence to environmental standards and effluent discharge criteria.
- Work on innovative water treatment solutions (wetlands, evaporation ponds, advanced TDS/TSS reduction methods).
- Oversee Water Management for Plantaion Drives
- Monitor plantatoin water requirements and survival rates to promote sustainability.
- Support the expansion of green projects and biodiversity conservation initiatives through smart water use.
- Work on initiatives to promote plantation drives with local NGOs, academia and regulators.
- Strengthening Water Stewardship Initiatives
- Engage with TF and internal stakeholders to promote WASH and other water related initiatives for communities.
- Lead training and awareness campaigns to embed water stewardship principles across operations.
- Support water related initiaitives under AWS & TSM and work on water stewardship KPIs improvement.
