Requirement: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Electrical maintenance with hands-on field exposure in power plants, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries, specifically on large generators for Gas Turbines & Steam Turbines, transformers, siwtchgears, circuit breakers, protection relays, GIS and HV/MV motors.
Education: BE / ME in Electrical Engineering
- Lead and supervise team to ensure plant availability and HSE compliance.
- Plan and manage scheduled outages for gas turbines, steam turbines, BOP w.r.t Electrical scope.
- Maintenance & troubleshooting of GT & ST generators, transformers, GIS, switchgears, protection relays, Circuit breakers, HV/MV motors & actuators.
- Optimize preventive maintenance plans and implement predictive maintenance techniques.
- Manage annual OPEX/CAPEX budget, procure critical spares, and ensure PSM compliance.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors, update SOPs, drive technical improvements, prepare & implement action plan to address Obsolescence related issues.
