Job Purpose :
Manage, control & optimize spares, chemicals & consumables inventory to sustain continuous & smooth plant operation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily spot checks and weekly housekeeping inspections to ensure workplace safety.
- Train first-line supervisors on identifying and preventing unsafe acts and conditions.
- Define and enforce PPE requirements; monitor compliance through field checks.
- Report and investigate employee injuries, illnesses, and serious incidents promptly.
- Review accident reports and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Monitor HSE performance and compliance with minimum safety standards.
- Conduct Management Safety Audits (MSAs) as per schedule.
- Attend mandatory HSE training sessions and participate in safety committees.
Experience : 7 to 10 years of relevant experience
Education : BE
