Planning Supervisor

Position Title: Planning Supervisor

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in a relevant technical field

• Experience: 4-6 years of contracting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and steward site-wide contracts, including vendor evaluations and coordination with legal, finance, and audit teams.

• Ensure compliance with HSE protocols by conducting audits and implementing safety recommendations.

• Supervise contractors, resolve labor-related issues, and handle pre-qualification and requalification processes.

• Support maintenance budget development, monitor expenditures, and drive cost optimization.

• Handle SAP-related contracting processes and maintain accurate contract documentation.

• Facilitate skill development through coaching, training, and performance management.
