Total Professional Experience: Minimum 15 years inclusive of hands-on and supervisory experience in a Fertilizer, Refinery or a Petrochemical plant

Job Description:

Machinery Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for planning and supervising field execution of maintenance jobs. Lead a team of professional technicians to achieve goals and targets assigned to the individual pertaining to Plant Reliability, Skill Enhancement of Technicians and HSE Targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure personal and equipment safety protocols are complied during field execution. Knowledge related to Work Permit Systems, LOTO, Scaffolding certification and basic Rigging safety is essential.
Lead a team of professional technicians to comply with PM schedules and manage CM jobs pertaining to Pumps (Recip and Centrifugal), Compressors (Recip and Centrifugal), Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines and Gearboxes. Specific experience pertaining to following machines is desirable:
BFW,CW and Process pumps of Sulzer, EBARA, Union and KSB
GE/Nouvo Pignone, Eliot or Dresser Rand Steam Turbines
GE Frame 5 Heavy Duty Gas turbines
Solar Taurus 60 Aeroderivative Gas Turbines
Hudson and Hamon Cooling Tower Gearboxes and Fans
Western, Philadelphia or Delta Mechanica Heavy Duty Gearboxes
Work closely with team members to ensure basic pillars of maintenance function are upheld in individual’s area of responsibility :
Ensuring quality and zero rework
Ensuring safety of personnel in field particularly during job executions
Ensuring all decisions are taken keeping cost effectiveness under consideration
Ensure upkeep of Critical Spares Inventory, incoming spares inspection, regular tool box audits and Houskeeping audits
Manage equipment history recording
