HSE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance of Process Safety Management (PSM) systems across the plant.• Ensure compliance with SEQS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and internal E&IH policies and standards.
• Conduct Pre-startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) for new projects/modifications.
• Drive incident investigations, analysis, and reporting to prevent recurrence.
• Facilitate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) sessions and steward recommendations.
• Conduct HSE audits, Industrial Hygiene surveys, HSE training, and employee orientations.
• Monitor and report on air quality, noise, illumination & effluent/emissions and submit environmental performance reports to regulatory authorities.
• Champion safety culture initiatives, sustainability initiatives and recognition programs.
• Develop, track, and report monthly HSE KPIs.
• Maintain and update safety documentation, manuals, and compliance materials.

Education : BE (Chemical Engineering)

Experience : 1- 3 years of relevant experience
