Key Responsibilities :
- Formulate, review, and recommend IR policies and practices.
- Advise management and departments on IR matters and labour law compliance.
- Conduct salary and market surveys to support CLA preparation.
- Act as a key member of the CLA negotiation team.
- Maintain close liaison with unions, contractors, and government labour authorities to ensure industrial harmony.
- Manage legal cases, provide data to external counsels, and coordinate with the Engro Legal Team.
- Maintain confidentiality in all sensitive matters and ensure smooth operation of P&IR functions.
- Keep updated on amendments in labour laws and advise management accordingly.
Education : Master's (LLB will be prefered)
Experience : 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
