Job Purpose

To support the organization in building a strong leadership and talent pipeline by executing core talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and development programs. The role partners with subsidiaries to ensure consistent implementation of talent initiatives and provides data-driven insights through dashboards and executive reports. It contributes to a future-ready workforce by driving capability-building efforts and staying current with best practices in talent and leadership development.

Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators 1/4

  • Support the design and execution of talent management frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Execute end-to-end performance management processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Drive implementation of talent development program, including job rotations, stretch assignments, mentoring, and capability-building interventions.
  • Partner with subsidiaries to ensure integration of talent initiatives.

Professional Experience

  • Proven experience in talent management processes such as succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret talent data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, including experience working with senior leaders.
  • Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to create executive-ready reports and decks.
  • High intellectual agility and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR, specifically Talent Management
