Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or related field. MBA or Supply Chain postgrad is a plus with 3 to 6 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly coal supply plans based on contracted and pipeline customer demand.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely coal dispatch and alignment of production with offtake commitments.
- Monitor demand versus supply forecasts and highlight potential gaps, risks, or capacity constraints proactively.
- Provide Business Development teams with supply availability, production capacity, and coal quality insights to support new business opportunities.
- Track contract performance, identify risks related to delivery schedules or quality specifications, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support commercial and finance teams through revenue forecasting, supply scenario modeling, and S&OP reporting.
