- Job Purpose
The Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. To be successful in this role you should deliver an extensively recorded, tested, intact, and operative product within delivery time frames and budget. Ideal candidates will be analytical and have a positive demeanor.

- Understanding the customer expectation on the project milestone to schedule the time for each milestone.
- Adhering to the deadline of the project and delegating the task in well advance to cover up with the milestones.
- Mismatch of project estimate with respect to the real-time cost of the project
- Handling the unexpected attrition rate involved in the project.
- Building good relationships with team members during time-bound activities.
- Unrealistic expectations of the stakeholder in accomplishing the project.
- Regular tracking of all identified risks until its closure.
