Requirements: Bachelors or Masters in Management / Social Sciences with 5 to 8 years of experience. 

Responsibilities:

  • In-depth understanding of HSE standards, procedures and their effective on-ground implementation at facilities.
  • Streamline department’s HSE performance to attain collective HSE targets of Site
  • To act as SHMS implementation champion for HT&W function
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes with respect to facilities management.
  • Develop, monitor and ensuring implementation of SOP’s for waste management – residences – kitchen – mess – offices
  • Maintain close coordination with vendors for seamless services for people and properties.
  • Establish and monitor effective mess management through contractor(s) as to ensure provision of healthy hygienic food and ambiance at company mess.
  • Establishing and maintaining the high standards for housekeeping services.
  • Monitoring the maintenance and condition of residential areas and amenities.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Preparing financial analysis reports for budgetary controls
  • Waste Management under Admin control Areas
  • Develops SOPs of Admin Functions to strengthen procedures
  • Ensure compliance to Housing, Office, & other Admin SOPs
  • Ensure compliance of SHMS and OHIH standards
  • Review of admin WOP, Procedures from time to time
  • Manage third party facility supervisors working under Admin
  • Supervise and manage housing team and ensure their performance appraisals
  • Administer and arrange all type of the company events/festivals at site
  • Organize and supervise other office activities such as recycling, renovation, event planning etc.
  • Administer, arrange and facilitate high profile visits with respect to their boarding and lodging
  • Monitor and ensure the provision of leisure/ club activities for site employees including movie nights, gym facility, sports, riding club, sight-seeing tour bus
  • Developing green projects and sanctuary for animals and other adventure activities to keep employees engaged and energetic activities serving as a source of anti-anxiety
  • The role is expected to carry out continuous monitoring & analysis of cost being incurred and to bring about cost effectiveness in overall administrative operations
  • Coaches & guides the team to review data, ensuring booking of cost centers vs relevant heads & services to respective departments whilst ensuring most transparent & timely payments of contractors, monitoring it on continuous basis
