DM Business Development

• Deep understanding of agri-inputs industry, agriculture industry produce, its procurement and export potential, and emerging trends (e.g. biofertilizers, climate-smart agriculture).
• Agri Equipment and machinery rental market experience
• Ability to assess new business opportunities, develop feasibility models, and evaluate ROI and risk.
• Proven experience in market scanning, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to interpret macroeconomic indicators, policy shifts (e.g. subsidies, regulations), and trade flows to guide business direction.
• Exposure to M&A, JV evaluations, or partnership development is a plus.
• Firsthand experience of business development from idea conceptualisation to execution.

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters

Experience: 5 to 7 years
