  • Ensure operations as per HSE (Health Safety and Environment) policy and guidelines
  • Carryout all operations as per ENGRO FERTILIZERS LTD policies & procedures, Business Ethics standards and in compliance with law of the land.
  • Sales of Z Urae ,Zarkhez, Trading Products  and Zingro (and any other product e.g MOP) as per approved Sales Plan in the assigned territory
  • Monitor and Steward market shares for Z Urea in the assigned territory
  • Monitor and Steward controllable expenses for the assigned territory
  • Provide support to RSMs in developing sales strategy for the area.
  • Effectively plan travel loops for economic territory coverage.
  • Forecast sales demand from Warehouses / Plant and coordinate with DO / RSM for inventory planning.
  • Maintain and improve dealer network in the area assigned. Selection of new dealers based on dealer network strategy agreed with RSM.
  • Ensure display of POS material/billboards/dealer shop boards as well as the product display at dealers’ outlets.
  • Coordinate with RSM for developing and executing social contributions in the territory.
  • Ensure farmer contact as per agreed plan through various activities like FV, FM, GD, Seminar etc. Also ensure addition of the same in the Farmer database portal
  • Help out RSM to achieve Markaz Sales Plan in his territory
