- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyze actual performance against plans and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
- Support quarterly and annual board reporting packs including profitability breakdowns and strategic commentary.
- Conduct profitability analysis across segments and recommend cost optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Strategy teams to evaluate new projects and investment opportunities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR to ensure financial alignment.
Education : CA/CFA/MBA
Experience : 5 to 7 years
