Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Engineering with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain & procurement operational excellence. Must have profeciency in PowerBi, data analysis and stakeholder management with experience as SAP Power User.
Responsibilities:
- Management dashboards and insights: prepare management and executive dashboards and draw insights to identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements.
- Manage and oversee procurement analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Analyze spend data, identify trends, and provide business insights to drive improvements.
- Track and report on key procurement metrics, such as cost savings and supplier performance.
- Facilitate continuous improvement on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Identify areas for improvement in procurement processes and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the development of category strategies by gathering data on spend trends and market conditions.
- Continuous improvement: use data-driven insights to improve the E2E procurement process, from sourcing to payments to drive efficiency, cost savings and streamline the process in-line with local and global best practices.
- Drive efficiencies: conduct various analysis of data (spend analysis, contract analysis, legal analysis) and find opportunities for SECMC to simplify processes and develop improvement plans
- Risk Management: identify key risks in the process universe and develop mitigation strategies to minimize adverse impact.
- Digitization and New Initiatives: work closely with ICT team to drive adoption and monetization of SAP, introduce new technologies and digital initiatives for continuous process improvement.
