Maintaining the Network Availability and other KPIs of the network 24 / 7 O&M services for fault correction and site outage rectification

Ensure proper Preventive Maintenance routines on sites to ensure fault prevention |
PM Completion > 95% |

Manage Security and fuelling of Radio Access Network Cell Sites OPEX Controls; Ensure site Energy costs and FLM costs are under fair limits |
Grid Theft < 5% Fuel Theft < 10% |

Vendor Management; Ensuring vendors are meeting their contractual KPIs & SLA; Evaluation and monitoring contract performance to determine need for contract amendments or extensions and compliance with contractual obligations. Invoicing, penalty discussions and payments Vendor Timely Acceptances and payments cycle to be ensured |

Experience:

Professional Experience (Must mention relevant)
Overall 7 – 10 years of relevant experience in managing Telecom network operations.
