  1. Job Purpose         

 

To maintain relationships at different levels of hierarchy with EPCL’s Chlor-Alkali customers, dealers, and authorized distributors through self and through supervision of a team of sales officers for the allocated area.

 

Focused sales and customer service activities are required to maintain sales of Caustic soda, Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite & Hydrogen Peroxide across the dedicated area assigned in the market.

 

Achievement of given sales targets for each of EPCL’s Chlor-Alkali products.

 

Bridge the gap between external and internal stakeholders with the ultimate aim to ensure customer satisfaction and internal reporting.

 

Keep the Regional Sales Manager up to date on market intelligence, trends and customer wise data through information gathered from direct and SO’s contacts so that same can be conveyed/taken up with the Business Head CA / Chief Commercial Officer for timely decision making.

 

 

  1. Key Responsibilities

 

 

Description

Supervise sales for Caustic Soda Liquid, Flakes, Hydrochloric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite, identify gaps as per market dynamics for Areas responsible and report to RSM

Maintain high service levels for customer satisfaction for designated area

Identify new customers to improve sale and increase geographical presence in the Area allocated

Explore avenues of customer/trade association engagement

Assessment of customer/market demand as per information provided by SOs

Identify any special customer demands and convey to RSM to collectively devise plan of action to meet them consistently

Maintaining relations with customers’ higher and lower management on personalized basis through effective customer visit plans with SOs

Provide RSM consolidated market report from team of self and SOs on weekly basis

Funds recovery from customers

Following SOPs with regards to day to day business

Support organizational efforts in achieving digitization for process improvements
